Struggling to face grief

I don’t even realize something’s missing inside

It’s not safe for me to feel sad and cry

Bandaids they keep me safe and warm
When I don’t have the strength to go on
And if your friends say you use your bandaids too much
Well then you just... You don’t be friends with them anymore

You just gotta find some friends who are gonna enable you

Doing activities that you don’t enjoy but you’d rather be busy than think

The only reason I am doing this show
Is getting on stage is the only way I know to
Distract myself from the never ending well of pain
There’s just so much pain
